This workshop is about our own personal and/or professional growth. We will use the family and organizational constellation process
to explore our inner process for change and growth. Working with this methodology can offer profound and insightful experiences. Change,
in the moment and in real time, is possible when we uncover the hidden dynamics that influence our overt feelings and behaviors.
Since the areas of family and work life overlap and impact each other the work we do on one can have a positive affect on the other. Setting
up representatives of the different parts of our family or work system shows us where the blockages are to the flow of life. With this new
information we can move towards solutions that soulfully touch our way of being and bring resolution and self efficacy.
